This notice explains how Telecoms Group International Ltd (company number 10526115), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, trading as IntellX (“IntellX”, “we”) uses personal information collected through intellx.co.uk. We are the controller of this information. Contact us at info@intellx.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form and “Talk to a person”: your name, company, work email and message, and, if you choose, a copy of your chat with the assistant.
- The website assistant: the questions you type and the answers given. We do not keep these after your conversation unless you choose to send them to us with “Talk to a person”.
- Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse (rate limiting). It is stored only as a one-way scrambled value and deleted within a day. Our server keeps standard security logs for a short period.
- Cookies: this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about IntellX: your consent, which you give by ticking the box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To run the website assistant and keep the site secure: our legitimate interest in providing a useful, safe website.
The website assistant and Anthropic
The assistant is an AI. What you type is sent to Anthropic, PBC, which provides the Claude AI model, to produce an answer. Anthropic acts as our processor and, under its commercial terms, does not use this information to train its models. Anthropic is based in the United States; the transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Please don’t type sensitive personal information into the chat.
Who else sees it
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365), our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, our hosting provider, whose servers are in Germany.
- Cloudflare, which runs a check to stop automated spam on our forms and chat.
- We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, when our customer privacy notice applies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@intellx.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
