IntellX was built inside a UK telecoms business, to bill real supplier files every month. Now it is available to other providers, in modules, with hosting to suit.
How it is sold
Modules
A monthly base fee plus a price for each module you use. Billing core is always included; add credit control, Xero, CRM, quotes, tickets, orders, the portal, supplier connections and reports as you need them.
Supplier layouts
Three supplier file layouts are included as standard. If you buy from more suppliers, extra layouts can be added.
Your own business
Each business on IntellX has its own staff, customers, products, settings and modules. Nobody sees another business’s data.

Branding: yours where customers look
Invoices, quotes, order forms and customer emails carry your business’s logo, details and signature. With the branded portal module, the customer portal shows your branding too. The staff app itself is IntellX.
