IntellX started as the billing and customer system for a UK telecoms and IT business. It is built and used every month to bill real supplier files, collect Direct Debits and support customers.
Why it exists
Telecoms billing usually means supplier files in different layouts, spreadsheets to fix them, a separate CRM, a separate ticket system and an accounts package that never quite matches. IntellX brings them together so the bill, the customer and the conversation are in one place.
