How it works
From supplier file to money in the bank
This is what a month looks like in IntellX. Each step is visible, checked and logged.
Supplier files arrive
Upload your suppliers’ billing and call files, or let IntellX collect call records over SFTP. The file layout is recognised automatically.
Everything is matched and rated
Each charge and call is matched to a customer and service and priced from your catalogue and tariffs. Bundles are applied. Anything that doesn’t match waits for a decision.
The bill run is checked
Start the month’s bill run. IntellX shows what will be billed and runs its checks, such as services billed below cost, before anyone can approve.
You approve, invoices are issued
Once approved, invoices are numbered, sent as PDFs and locked. They can be credited and reissued, never quietly changed.
Payments are collected
Direct Debits are collected through GoCardless, other payments are matched from the bank, and reminders go to anyone who is late.
Xero stays in step
Invoices, credit notes and payments sync to Xero, so your accounts match your billing without re-keying.

And around the bill
Selling
A quote is priced from your catalogue, accepted online, and becomes a won deal and an order in one step.
Provisioning
The order follows a checklist. Supplier emails tick off steps, and the new service starts billing from its first supplier record.
Supporting
Tickets keep the customer, the supplier and your notes together, and the customer can follow progress in the portal.
